Careers in Children's Services at NCH&C

Interested in working with children? We’re hiring for a range of different roles in our diverse children’s services teams.

Community health and care improves the quality of life for patients of all ages, including babies, children, and young people. A hospital stay can be especially unsettling and distressing for children, so the work our community teams do to help patients manage their health conditions in their own homes is incredibly important.

Working with children and young people is an incredibly varied career path. Our children’s services include Continence Nursing, Epilepsy Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Respite Care, Learning Disability Nursing, Looked After Children Health Services, and much more.

By working with children in the community, you can make a real difference in our patients’ lives. You can hear Rowena, one of our children’s OTs, talking about her work in our recent recruitment video…
