We’re always on the lookout for talented and passionate individuals to join our community NHS trust. Our recommend-a-friend scheme helps us recruit outstanding individuals via our existing staff. Staff who already work at the trust will have an amazing understanding of the type of people we’re looking for.

How does the scheme work?

If ta member of NCH&C staff recommends someone for a job and that person is hired, you’ll receive £150 in their first month. They will also receive £150 once they’ve successfully completed their six-month probation.
