A big thank you to everyone who took part in Norwich Pride on 30th July, to those who helped on the stall in The Forum, and all who walked in the Pride March through the city centre.

It was a fantastic day to stand in solidarity with our staff, colleagues and patients in the LGBTQIA+ community. NCH&C is committed to improving the experience of our LGBT+ colleagues and patients.

Pride may be over now but who we are matters year round, at NCH&C we aim to empower our people to live in their truth as authentically as they can, supporting safe spaces and open conversations, if you would like to connect with LGBTQ+ colleagues you can join the LGBTQ+ staff network!

You don’t have to be part of the LGBTQ+ community to pledge your support for the staff network. Allyship means education, support and standing united against discrimination.
