We’re always on the lookout for hard-working and passionate individuals to join our community NHS trust. Our recommend-a-friend scheme helps us hire outstanding individuals who might not have applied through standard recruitment methods.

Staff who already work at the trust have an amazing understanding of the type of people we’re looking for, so tend to recommend great candidates to be their colleagues. This helps create an engaged workforce of staff, with higher levels of job satisfaction. This translates to better care for patients, higher staff retention, less absence, and overall better outcomes for the trust.

If your friend is hired within the trust, you’ll receive £150 on their first day. They will then receive their £150 once they have passed their six-month probation. You’ll both need to complete a short form to receive the bonus, available on our Staff Intranet.
