Stephen Collman starts role as CEO at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust
NCH&C starts the year with a new CEO, Stephen Collman
NCH&C is starting the New Year with a brand-new Chief Executive Officer. Stephen Collman takes up the role at the CQC rated Outstanding community NHS Trust on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
Stephen, a Mental Health Nurse by background and most recently Chief Operating Officer at George Eliot NHS Trust and South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, said: “I feel hugely privileged to be starting the New Year as Chief Executive of NCH&C. I’m absolutely dedicated to ensuring that the patient remains at the heart of what we do by supporting and developing our staff and services. I look forward to working with our teams to build upon our reputation and track record of delivering Outstanding community health and care in Norfolk as part of the developing local Integrated Care System.”
Geraldine Broderick, Chair of NCH&C said: “We’re delighted to welcome Stephen to NCH&C. We’re fortunate to have attracted such an experienced NHS leader who is so aligned with our vision and values. Stephen is committed to continuing our drive to further improve the care we provide to the people of Norfolk.”
“I want to thank interim CEO John Webster for his leadership since October. John has taken the helm at NCH&C during a period of continued pandemic related turbulence and the usual winter pressures, and also successfully steered us through the establishment of the turbo charged booster roll out. As planned, John will now return to his substantive post as our Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Strategy and Transformation.”
