Wellbeing events and Platinum Star nominations

‘We Care’ events will be taking place across the trust where staff from HR, EDI, Communications and Staff Engagement will be asking staff to engage on the topics of wellbeing, inclusion and staff engagement. Staff will be able to leave feedback/ideas/suggestions or have a conversation about their views.

There will be selection of information to take away on topics such as Freedom to Speak Up, staff networks, trade unions etc.

We want to hear about what makes a good day for staff, what recognition is important at work, how you stay connected to your team and the trust, and above all else – what makes you stay at NCH&C? Your feedback will help to inform a number of our Health and Wellbeing strategies.

NCH&C is also running virtual events throughout July.

At every event, staff will have the opportunity to nominate colleagues for a Platinum Star badge – a one off award linked to the Platinum Jubilee year, allowing us to celebrate those in your team or service area. Everyone nominated will receive a special commemorative badge and a letter from our CEO.
