Why get social with NCH&C?

Where would we be without social media?

It’s hard to remember a time before Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. It’s without doubt a firmly entrenched communications channel, used by billions of individuals, businesses and organisations every day.

Social media is a great channel for having conversations. The conversations NCH&C wants and needs to be having are with our staff, our patients, their carers and their families, partner organisations, and stakeholders. We have a number of corporate social media accounts as well as accounts managed by colleagues and teams. These are managed carefully with the aim of adding value to every interaction.

Social media is used primarily to raise awareness about what we offer and the work of our experienced teams.  It is one of the most cost-effective distribution tools for health and care information.

So this Social Media Day, we would love as many staff as possible to Get Social With NCH&C. Follow us on:
