The role apprentices play in our teams at NCH&C

We spoke to Business Support Manager, Grace Cook, about the valuable role apprentices have played in her teams

NCH&C offers a wide-range of apprenticeships in all areas of the trust including nursing, nursing practitioner and healthcare assistant, Allied Health Professions (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Dietetics, Occupational Health). It also has many apprentices working in its Admin and support services teams such as Human Resources, Admin, IT, and Finance.

We spoke to Grace Cook, Business Support Manager at NCH&C, about why apprentices are valued as part of these teams and what they bring to the organisation.
