The safety and wellbeing of our staff is central to what we do, to ensure the healthiest culture and working environment for everyone across the trust. As we move through the summer months it’s important to adjust how we work with the varying weather conditions. This can be difficult when concentrating on caring for others, but it is incredibly important to take time to look after your own health and wellbeing.
